Dorothy began her Graduate Studies specializing in the area of Sport Psychology. Her extensive work with amateur and elite athletes allowed her to focus on such applied research areas as: ‘Mental Training for Peak Performance’, ‘Psychological Rehabilitation from Injury’, and ‘Overcoming Competition Anxiety’. It was during her final year of post-secondary study that Dorothy decided to broaden her clinical training in the area of Counselling Psychology.
Dorothy began her career at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto, Ontario. Currently in private practice, Dorothy fosters an approach of spiritual psychology, together with her extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, helping her clients achieve their goals and create lasting positive change.
